Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 1 hour notice. Cancellations made 1 or more hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled at no additional charge. Cancellations made within 1 hours of the appointment or no-shows will be charged a 50% cancellation fee based on the total scheduled service. For mobile notary appointments, any travel fees incurred after the notary has begun traveling are non-refundable and may be included in the cancellation fee. If we must cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund of any prepaid fees.
